FAQ
What file formats do you accept?
Revit (.rvt), AutoCAD (.dwg), PDFs, SketchUp, and common image formats. Linked models and worksets are fine.
Which Revit versions do you support?
Current and two previous versions (typically 2023–2025). I can work in the version you specify.
What is typical turnaround?
Most modeling and conversion tasks are quoted with a 3–10 day window depending on size. Urgent work is possible with notice.
How many revisions are included?
One round of revisions is included in fixed-price work. Additional rounds are billed hourly.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. Standard mutual NDA available before any files are shared.
How do you handle payment?
50% to start fixed-price work, balance on delivery. Hourly and retainers invoiced weekly or monthly. International transfers welcome.
What time zones do you overlap?
Philippines base with reliable overlap for US East/West and Australian business hours.
Which software do you use day-to-day?
Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Enscape, Lumion or D5, and Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360.
